Injection Foam

Injection wall foam is made from the same family of thermosetting plastics as billiard balls and some fire-proof coatings. It’s safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly. Injection foam is safe, water soluble during installation, biodegradable, and does not emit toxic gasses during or after installation. It will fill the whole wall cavatiy sealing all air leaks. Initial set takes approximately 10 – 30 seconds. Final curing is within 48 – 72 hrs., depending upon thickness. It is a cold setting process independent of ambient temperatures. There is not further expansion once the foam leaves the delivery hose. The R-Value of the foam is 5 per inch, so filling the walls will have a huge impact on your heating and cooling bills.

We will carefully remove a few pieces of siding and drill small holes into the exterior of the wall between the studs. Or if you have a brick home we will drill in the mortar in between the bricks. We will then place the hose in the wall and inject the foam. After we are finished we will fill the holes back with mortar if its brick or put the siding back up and it will look as though we were never there.
